As a member of Moye White’s Litigation Section, Karla employs an innate curiosity and adaptability to assist business clients in all industries to navigate any type of civil and commercial litigation including construction defects, FED evictions, contractual disputes, and shareholder disputes. As a direct problem solver, Karla’s practice is oriented towards helping clients reach resolutions efficiently, maintaining a dedicated level of service as she handles all stages of a case from initial intake through pretrial discovery and trial. 

At the core of Karla’s work is a desire to make business better for people. She is a member of the firm’s B Corp Committee, which holds the firm accountable to maintaining high standards for positive social and environmental impact. Further embodying her commitments to progress in her community and profession, Karla is involved in organizations including the Colorado Pledge to Diversity, a program that seeks to expose diverse law students to opportunities in the legal profession; Law School… Yes We Can, a mentoring program for college students from diverse backgrounds and serves as a law school pipeline program; and B Local Colorado, a community of certified B Corps in Colorado.  
 
Karla is a native Spanish speaker and studied at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain where she earned an LL.M. in European Business Law. She has a strong interest in international law and international disputes.

When not at her desk, you can find Karla snowboarding, attending concerts, or Latin dancing.
