Katie guides both buyers and sellers through purchase and sales transactions of various types of commercial real estate. Her experience includes drafting various purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title commitments and policies, and advising clients concerning contract and title issues.

She also performs due diligence concerning sales contracts, lease agreements, brokerage policies and addenda, short-term rental permit applications, real estate licensing submissions, and municipal zoning and density requirements.

Prior to joining Moye White, Katie gained experience as an associate attorney at a real estate-focused firm and as in-house claims counsel for Fidelity National Title. She focused on resolving disputes between buyers, sellers, agents, homeowners associations, and title companies. There, she handled seller nondisclosures, purchase contract issues, earnest money disputes, HOA disputes, easements, and chain of title issues. Katie also worked as an intern for both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the U.S. House of Representatives.

Katie is fluent in Russian and proficient in Hebrew. She enjoys teaching her cat new tricks, skiing, pickleball, finding new restaurants with spicy food, and visiting her friends and family all over the world.
