Kelsey is a member of the firm’s Trial Section, and her practice focuses on commercial litigation, specifically experience in administrative and civil litigation. She has represented employers, insurance carriers, and individuals in matters involving workers’ compensation, general liability, Medicare, employment law, business, and contract disputes. Additionally, she has presented at administrative hearings at the Office of Administrative Courts as well as in Denver District Court.

At the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, Kelsey graduated in the top 10% of her law school class and was admitted into the Order of St. Ives. In law school, Kelsey participated in the mediation and civil litigation clinics where she represented low-income clients with housing, domestic violence, and employment matters.

In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys playing competitive sand volleyball, traveling, exploring new cultures, hiking with her dog Remy, and skiing. Kelsey’s most recent trip took her on a tour of Japan.
