Representative Matters

Estate Planning: In order to serve personal goals and protect assets, Lorni works with clients to select trustworthy people and give them the necessary authority to manage the clients' affairs when they are unable to do so themselves. Lorni works with clients to design and accomplish clients' charitable goals with tax efficiency and straightforward administration.

Estate Administration: Lorni works with Personal Representatives, Trustees, and other fiduciaries to navigate their responsibilities. Lorni has worked with many families resulting from second marriages to ensure the parent’s and stepparent’s goals are achieved. Estate and trust administration is a minefield of people, assets, liabilities, pitfalls, and opportunities. Lorni helps bring calm to this chaos.
