With more than fifteen years of working as in-house counsel, Rebecca has significant experience leading teams in all aspects of real estate construction, acquisition and disposition, development, and lending including master plan communities, retail developments, self-storage facilities, multi-family projects, single-family developments, senior housing, and single-family homes for rent product. She works with clients to assess risk, manage regulatory issues, and provide real-time strategies for current economic and societal constraints. 

In addition to her transactional real estate practice, Rebecca negotiates, drafts, and closes creative business transactions. She works with clients to manage construction and permanent financings, including assisting in private placement capital raises. 

Her previous experience as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at M.D.C. Holdings makes her well-versed in all aspects of the real estate industry and provides her with a broad understanding of the challenges and internal pressures her clients face.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys riding her horse, playing tennis and golf, attending sporting and performing arts events, and spending time with her family.
