Ted’s practice includes all aspects of real estate development, leasing, title and survey matters, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate finance. Ted also has extensive experience with general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, and regulatory compliance issues. He is particularly active in the brewing and distilling industries, assisting companies and organizations with real estate, compliance, and licensing issues.

Before his tenure with Moye White, Ted worked in-house for a large financial institution headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Ted considers his previous experiences invaluable in understanding how to serve clients and their business needs effectively.

Ted also holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license. Before becoming a licensed attorney, Ted worked as a commercial real estate broker specializing in the representation of buyers and tenants in negotiations to purchase and lease commercial real estate.

Outside of the office, Ted enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, and skiing.
