Zaki’s practice covers a broad range of corporate and finance matters, representing clients throughout their lifecycle, including on mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock sales, supply agreements, contract negotiations, project finance, development and construction, compliance, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. With a focus on the advanced energy industry, he handles matters involving energy generation and storage, construction, distribution, and investment and finance.
In addition to Colorado, Zaki is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Before joining Moye White, Zaki worked in the New York City office of an international law firm focusing on securities and capital markets, real estate, and general corporate governance. Additionally, Zaki has served on various firm committees and dedicated time to pro bono efforts including immigration matters, transgender issues, small business representations, and associations with New York’s Legal Aid Society.
In his spare time, Zaki enjoys spending time with his pet Rhodesian Ridgebacks, skiing, and rooting on the Michigan Wolverines and the Virginia Cavaliers.
