(Denver, Colo., October 15, 2018) - Bill Ritter, former Colorado Governor and current Director of the Center for the New Energy Economy at Colorado State University, will speak on “The Rapidly Changing Energy Landscape and What it Means for Colorado Businesses,” at Moye White on November 15 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
Ritter will speak to the changes industries are undergoing, and the opportunities renewable energy is providing to Colorado businesses.
“It’s an honor to host the former governor at our firm’s office, and to have the opportunity to be a part of such an important topic in our state,” said the firm’s Managing Partner Tom List. “As a firm that is dedicated to renewable energy, we are committed to helping develop the best energy solutions for businesses in our community, the environment, and the state.”
During his four-year term as Colorado’s 41st governor, Ritter established Colorado as a national and international leader in renewable energy by building a New Energy Economy that is creating thousands of new jobs and developing hundreds of new companies.
“With more than 60,000 Coloradans employed in the sector, Colorado has established itself as a national renewable energy leader,” Ritter said. “From researchers and developers to manufacturers and investors, Colorado's economy is primed to benefit from the transformative changes in the international renewable energy space.”
