As a member of the real estate team, Tasha navigates clients through real estate transactions from contract to closing. She assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions, entitlements, easements, condominium development, and title-related matters. Tasha focuses her practice on commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in leasing office, retail, and industrial properties.

Tasha also focuses her practice on real estate brokerage license law. She advises clients regarding compliance with Colorado Real Estate Commission rules and regulations, and represents real estate professionals in administrative actions before the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

"The firm did a top-notch job of handling two separate real estate transactions over a three-month period.  Both property purchases had some challenging issues come up, and while the Seller's sides went overboard on a number of issues, the attorneys at Moye White were calm, composed, and very practical in their approach to solve these issues. Literally one of the best experiences I have had working with attorneys in real estate transactions. Our counsel Tasha Power did a Five Star job for us, worth every cent!" - Market Commentator

Tasha further assists clients in resolving real estate disputes, including quiet title and contract disputes.

Tasha lives in Boulder with her husband and two children, and enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading, cooking, and watching football.
