In her practice, Danielle represents developers, homebuilders, for-profit and not-for-profit corporations in all areas of real estate law. She has extensive legal experience in the areas of commercial real estate development transactions, including entitling and improving real property, commercial real estate finance utilizing traditional and non-traditional funding sources, not-for-profit law, affordable housing, and construction law. Additionally, Danielle has represented limited equity cooperatives and private condominium and cooperatives boards on general real estate and corporate issues.

Prior to joining Moye White, Danielle served as in-house counsel at Denver-based M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., an NYSE publicly traded company and a top-15 homebuilder in the U.S., conducting complex land acquisitions and development matters for multiple business divisions.

When she is not practicing law, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, camping, and adopting too many dogs.
