Ali Renes is an experienced real estate and construction attorney whose practice focuses on commercial retail, agricultural, and industrial properties across the country. She has experience preparing and negotiating purchase and sale documents, leases, construction contracts and related development agreements, and borrower-side financing documents.
Prior to joining Moye White, Ali was Associate General Counsel at a local furniture store chain, negotiating purchase and sale contracts for a range of commercial retail, residential, agricultural, and industrial properties. Her in-house corporate experience has given her a deep understanding of her clients’ business operations. This experience allows her to provide practical and business-focused legal advice to her clients.
In addition to her in-house counsel experience, Ali has local and national experience representing developers, landowners, tenants, and borrowers across the hospitality, retail, construction, and healthcare industries.
Outside of her practice, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and cat. She also likes to read and travel as much as her schedule allows.
