Establishment of an attorney-client relationship
Submitting an email to Moye White through this Site or through any other method will not make you a client of our firm. Moye White, LLP ("Moye White") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy (the "Policy"). This Policy describes the types of information Moye White may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.moyewhite.com (the "Site"). To the extent that any of the particular services or materials include specific privacy policies, those policies will take priority over this Policy.

This Policy describes how your information will be treated as you use the Site and services, including Moye White's practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Information Moye White Collects About You
You are not required to provide any personal information when visiting the publicly accessible pages on this website. However, you may do so by completing various forms found on the site, such as filling in a contact form, completing online questionnaires, or signing up for our newsletters. You may also provide us with personal information if you contact us by e-mail, telephone, mail, or courier.

In certain circumstances Moye White may provide you access to your personal information so that you may review or update it.
