Marissa Kazemi is a real estate and corporate attorney at Moye White. In her practice, she focuses on assisting clients with drafting and reviewing commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, and loan documents. She has experience conducting due diligence and reviewing title and survey documents for commercial finance transactions and commercial real estate transactions.  Additionally, she represents corporate and business clients in general corporate governance and business matters, including entity formation and organizations, joint ventures, contract negotiations, and general contract review. She has experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and minority investments. 

Prior to joining Moye White, Marissa represented local and national companies in connection with oil and gas and other energy infrastructure projects, including right-of-way and easement acquisition, pipeline and asset acquisition, land use, and permitting. She also held a legal intern position at Molson Coors drafting intellectual property ownership summaries for corporate innovation projects, reviewing and evaluating contractual provisions for stakeholders, and supporting due diligence for an international acquisition.
