Paul has a diverse background in civil litigation practices, including professional liability, commercial, property, contract, and business law, and has represented regional and international corporations through all phases of litigation including appeals. He is a seasoned trial attorney and has successfully obtained dismissals through motion practice, arbitration hearings, and trial verdicts.

Prior to joining Moye White, Paul gained experience as an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where he negotiated several complex cases directly with opposing counsel. He focused on insurance and professional liability defense.

From 2010 to 2012, Paul served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural El Salvador, focusing on health education and community development. In his spare time, Paul enjoys traveling, trying a new brew (beer or coffee), and enjoying all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer with his wife and dog, Lu.
