MOYE WHITE EXPANDS BUSINESS SECTION
(Denver, Colo., June 10, 2018) – Moye White is pleased to announce attorney Zaki Robbins has joined the law firm as part of the continued growth of its Business Section.
With the addition of Robbins, Moye White expands its team that provides comprehensive legal support in a wide range of business interactions, both domestic and international.
Robbins has a broad-based corporate and finance practice. He represents lenders, sponsors, underwriters, buyers, sellers, and financial advisors in all aspects of complex transactions, including public and private securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, proxy contests, exchange offers, tender offers, and joint ventures.
In addition to Colorado, Robbins is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Before joining Moye White, Zaki worked in the New York City office of an international law firm focusing on securities and capital markets, real estate, and general corporate governance. Additionally, he has served on various firm committees and dedicated time to pro bono efforts including immigration matters, transgender issues, small business representations, and associations with New York’s Legal Aid Society.

Robbins earned his law degree from the University of Michigan and he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Metropolitan Black Bar Association, National Bar Association, and the Sam Carey Bar Association.
