Peers Elect Firm’s Litigation Co-Chair to Leadership Role
(Denver, Colo., June 1, 2021) – Moye White LLP is proud to announce litigation chair and partner Paul R. Franke, III has been named president of Ally Law, a highly selective consortium of business law firms with more than 70 member firms and 2,800 lawyers worldwide. Moye White is the only Rocky Mountain region member of Ally Law.
Notably, Franke was asked to serve as president for the next two years, with his term ending in 2023. The full 2021-2022 Executive Board was recently elected and announced at the 2021 virtual Ally Law Annual General Meeting. Franke is joined on the Executive Board by Ramesh Vaidyanathan, first vice president of Ally Law and managing partner at India-based Advaya Legal; Andrew Parlour, treasurer and principal at Russell Kennedy in Melbourne; and Roger Franklin, secretary and managing director at Edwin Coe in London.

For more than 30 years, Franke has been assisting clients in finding practical solutions to complex financial litigation problems. His international work has involved multinational litigation, including the financing and procurement of certain corporate assets in Eastern Europe. Additionally, Franke has represented global corporations on claims arising in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Canada and South America.
