DENVER, CO. November 20, 2023 – Moye White is pleased to announce the addition of real estate attorneys Alexandra “Ali” Renes and Tami York to the firm’s Denver office.
Alexandra “Ali” Renes joins the Real Estate Section with extensive commercial real estate experience. In her practice, Renes negotiates purchase and sale contracts, drafts retail, industrial and agricultural leases, participates in the negotiation of construction contracts and easement agreements and managed legal issues for large owned and leased real estate portfolios. Additionally, she has experience with the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate assets, including retail, hospitality and industrial properties. Renes earned her undergraduate degree from Ball State University and her law degree from Duke University School of Law.
Tami York joins the Real Estate Section with in-depth knowledge of the real estate and construction industries, and a proven track record of navigating complex matters involving contract negotiations, regulatory requirements, risk management, and insurance coverage. York previously served as general counsel and as the chief legal administrative officer of a multi-million dollar international building services provider. She is well-known for establishing proactive legal strategies that mitigate risk and drive operational excellence. York earned her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
