Denver, CO (February 8, 2024) – Moye White is pleased to announce the addition of Lilly G. Lentz to the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution, Construction, Employment, and Litigation Practice Groups.
As a commercial litigator and trial attorney, Lentz brings insightful experience and expertise representing business clients in a wide range of complex cases. With a focus on delivering strategic solutions to her clients, Lentz has successfully handled matters encompassing contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, such as fraud, civil theft, and unfair competition, real property disputes, construction, and employment issues.
Additionally, Lentz's practice focuses on construction and real estate law, including partition actions, quiet title cases, failure to disclose claims, and construction defects. She has successfully advocated for a diverse clientele, including owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, handling disputes related to AIA contracts, easements, fraudulent transfers, mechanic’s liens, commercial leases, homeowners associations, and matters concerning insurance coverage.
She possesses experience in diverse aspects of commercial litigation, providing guidance to executive teams and director-level management on matters such as contracts, business and employment practices, regulations, and strategies for avoiding and resolving disputes. She advocates for clients in a range of business-related conflicts, including receiverships, dissolutions, and shareholder derivative suits. She has extensive trial experience and has represented clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Lentz is a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
