Niki advises clients on a range of commercial issues, including business planning and formation, contract negotiations, and commercial leasing. Niki is also an experienced employment and civil litigator, previously advising companies on employment best practices and counseling them on issues including wages, anti-harassment, leave, and executive compensation. She brings a litigator’s mindset to each of her client’s matters, helping them draft contracts to avoid future problems.

Outside of the office, Niki enjoys hiking with her dogs and husband, cooking, and watching reruns of The West Wing.
