(Denver, Colo., May 2, 2018) - Moye White is pleased to announce attorney Jessica Hunter has joined the law firm as part of its continued expansion of its Business Section.
With the addition of Hunter, Moye White expands the team that provides comprehensive legal support in a wide range of business transactions, both domestic and international.
Hunter provides counsel to clients on corporate formation and deal structuring, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection and portfolio management, corporate governance, and corporate law. As part of her practice, Jessica also focuses her efforts in the alcoholic beverage industry, including working with brewing, distilling, and restaurant/retail clients.

Before joining Moye White, Jessica worked at a Denver-based law firm, where she represented companies and individuals in various industries and business life cycles. Additionally, Jessica worked at the Brewers Association as a Government Affairs Legal Intern where she developed resources related to various laws and regulations that brewers face on a daily basis.
Jessica earned her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School. At the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, she received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree (BSBA).
